D. Arlyn Wilson, 84, died at 10:55 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, in Sterling House.
She was the daughter of the late James and Ruth (Aman) Ide.
Arlyn married Homer C. Wilson on Aug. 3, 1952. He preceded her in death on April 19, 1997.
Arlyn was a homemaker and formerly worked at Walgreens in Logansport. She was a member of First United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Esther Circle, the J.O.Y. Sunday School Class and United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the PEO Sisterhood, the Monday Conversation Club and a longtime member of the YWCA. Arlyn and her husband were avid square dancers.
Survivors include her daughter, Diane E. (Don) Crouch, Norcross, GA; son, David James (Karen) Wilson, Plainfield, IL; and grandchildren, Nicholas and Noah Wilson.
She also was preceded in death by her brother, James R. Ide.
Services are at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, in Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, with the Rev. Tom Ream officiating. Burial is in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Logansport. A committal service is at 12:30 p.m. Monday with Pastor Bill Bergstrom officiating.
Visitation is from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, in the funeral home.
